Demon, Izzannoz | New Monster for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition
Demons are an integral part of D&D. They're probably a big part of why parents in the '70s and '80s didn't want their kids playing the game. For whatever reason, I don't get a ton of requests for demons or devils. But this one just came in from Patreon and it had me pretty stoked. … Continue reading Demon, Izzannoz | New Monster for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition
Splitjaws | New Playable Race for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition
The world of Wandrossa continues to expand. With each request that Patrons put in, the lore and flavor of the world are altered. And those that are in on the “ground floor” really get a hand in developing this unique campaign setting. Case in point: Here's my race request: Splitjaws. The name comes from a second … Continue reading Splitjaws | New Playable Race for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition
Stolas the Demon Prince for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition
Inspiration comes from the best place. Case in point: this morning, I was looking through Guy Davis artwork and I came upon this guy. Cocos for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition
It is not the way the coco looks but what he does that scares most. It is a child eater and a kidnapper; it may immediately devour the child, leaving no trace, or it may spirit the child away to a place of no return, but it only does this to disobedient children. The coco is on … Continue reading Cocos for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition
Las Calaveras Catrinas for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition
Coming back from Mexico and experiencing the awesome culture there, I've got all sorts of ideas kicking around for some cool, new Fifth Edition Dungeons & Dragons monsters. Day of the Dead (Día de Muertos) is Thursday, therefore, I thought it was appropriate to make the infamous Las Calaveras Catrinas for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth … Continue reading Las Calaveras Catrinas for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition
Sibriex Lairs and Minions for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition
I'm a little late posting this following Keith Ammann's latest Sibriex tactics post, but it's been a nutty week (I leave for Mexico on Friday). Anyways, let's take a look at the Sibriex and see what sort of minions and lair this guy needs. What is the sibriex? If you're not familiar with the sibriex, … Continue reading Sibriex Lairs and Minions for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition
Cambion Champion for Fifth Edition Dungeons & Dragons
A cambion is the offspring of a fiend, usually a succubus or incubus, and a humanoid. They often look like classic devil/demon archetypes: horns, leathery wings, tails, and red or dark skin. The demon lord Graz'zt is responsible for a whole bunch of Cambions, too, as he's the "getting jiggy with it" demon. Those particular cambions tend to have black skin, cloven hooves, six-fingers on each hand and are super attractive.
